Jennifer M. Pierce, Attorney

Jennifer M. Pierce is a partner and one of the original founders of VP Law, PLLC. Ms. Pierce is a proud Mid-Michigan native, earning her associate degree from Lansing Community College, her bachelor degree from Siena Heights University, and her law degree from Michigan State University College of Law.
Ms. Pierce began her legal career as a paralegal for Baumstark & Vincent, PLLC, where she worked with clients in a diverse array of topics, including family law, bankruptcy, criminal defense, estate planning, probate, and general civil litigation. After seven years as a paralegal, Ms. Pierce decided to make the jump to become a full-fledged attorney and enrolled in law school. Committed to her community, Ms. Pierce stayed in the area after passing the Michigan bar exam, first working for a local solo practitioner and then starting her own law firm, where she served as a court-appointed advocate for indigent adult defendants in Ingham County. Ms. Pierce was excited to rejoin forces with Mr. Vincent to provide affordable legal services to those needing assistance with navigating a complex and overwhelming legal system. She also enjoys working with her alma maters, particularly as a member of the Lansing Community College's Paralegal Program Advisory Committee.
